Here I will show my most recent client work as well as the occasional post about my life, my family and anything in between. I am a Perth based photographer who specialises in newborn, baby and maternity photography. I am mum to 2 gorgeous girls and partner to the most amazing person whom without her help I couldn't be doing what I do. I love my job, the families I get to meet and the babies I get to watch grow.

This morning I had the most gorgeous little boy in the studio, I knew I was in for a fight being that he was 7 weeks old already but hey most people that know me know I don’t give up. Both mum and I pulled out all our magic ( and milk sorry mum! ) and eventually he crashed and I got some really gorgeous shots. Thanks for a great day Sharon, your little boy is just full of sweetness he is going to charm many a girl with that smile! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

I’ve tried to write this blog post a few times now and I just can’t find the words I want to write, Instead I feel like I just want to cry life is so unfair sometimes and there is just no reason for it. Most of you will remember 5 year old Imogen from late last year where I photographed her and her baby brother. Imogen was back today with her whole family in tow for some family shots. Even though Imogen wasn’t well she put on a smile so we could get some Beautiful family shots. I’m not going to say much more I think the photos speak for themselves but I will say Thankyou to Fiona and Jason for sharing Imogen with me, she is just an amazing little girl who has taught me so much and she has so much fight in her. I hope these photos are everything you had hoped for and more.

This morning I had a Beautiful mummy to be in the studio, at almost 38 weeks she has the perfect round belly with not a stretch mark in sight ( ugh don’t we all secretly hate her?! LOL ). I fell in love with black and white for this session it just bought a whole other level to the images which I just love. I had a fun morning today Sandra and John, thanks for going with all my crazy idea’s and I can’t wait to see what this little suprise bundle will be! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

This little guy is the second of my march babies to come early and he also came along way for his session today an almost 6 hour round trip to get too and from the studio! He was such a hungy little thing and I lost count of how many times he feed during the day ( poor mum lol ), but that didn’t stop me from getting some absolutely gorgeous shots of him. Thanks for comming all this way just for me to take your gorgeous boys pictures today Rhonda and Chris it was a pleasure to have you guys in the studio and I hope you love your sneak peek!

Most of you will remember Zhandyah from a few weeks ago when I photographed her at just 2 days old, well my ‘ Baby on Tap ‘ was back in the studio today and OMG I am so in love with this baby! She was a tough nut and it took quite a while to get her into each position and well I was prepared for a fight considering her age but as always I dug my heels in and didn’t give up and i’m so glad I didn’t ! I could photograph this gorgeous girl everyday and I wouldn’t get bored of her she has the most beautiful skin and chubby cheeks … sigh.. . Enjoy!

This little boy is destined to be a rock star with a name like Floyd Lucian! Ahh Floyd such a cute little thing he was, he would squawk at me almost every time I moved even a finger but then would settle almost instantly again it was so funny but it didn’t stop me from getting some gorgeous shots of him. Big sister Samara was so adorable, she’s not too sure of her baby brother yet but it was so cute when she would point out that he had 2 arms and hair lol ! One of the best parts about my job is watching ‘my’ babies grow from tiny sleepy newborns into bubbly full of character babies. Last september I had the pleasure of photographing Caleb at 13 days old, well he was back today for his 6 month mini session and oh my how much has he grown!! He now has 4 teeth, the biggest blue eyes and a smile that lights up the room, such a gorgeous boy. It was great having you guys back in the studio Brooke and Paul, I can’t believe how much Caleb has grown in 6 short months and I look forward to his cake smash when he turns 1 ! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

This morning I had a Gorgeous little boy in the studio, little Henry was so so cute with his chunky little legs, gorgeous dimples and his eyes were 3 different colours! He was such a good baby super smiley ( until I put the camera to my face! lol ) and with a bit of paitence from both mum and I we managed to get him to sleep for some gorgeous sleepy shots which at 3.5 months old is like gold in the photog world! come in small packages and this little peanut is proof of that ! At 16 days old Freya was a little older than I generally like my newborns to be but boy did she make me eat my words today! She has to have been my sleepiest newborn yet, I could literally do anything with her, she went from pose to pose without so much as a peep out of her which meant the session was finished in just under 2.5 hours! Big sister Arielle was just as good so very well behaved it must run in the family! Thanks for an awsome session Kristy your girls are just adorable and I hope you like you sneak peek it was so hard choosing which ones to blog!

One of the best parts of my job is getting to watch “my” babies grow up. I have been photographing Aidan since he was 4 weeks old and I have been lucky enough to share in many special moments with his family inlcuding his mummy and daddy’s wedding late last year. Aidan is now ONE and i’m not sure I quite belive it yet ! In a few months he is going to be a big brother yep thats right I get to spend another wonderful year with this family and I couldn’t be more thrilled ! Aidan is such a cheeky little thing so happy and boy is he quick ! I think I laughed more during his ” Cake Smash” than I have laughed in a long long time we all had tears in our eyes and I don’t know how I managed to keep the camera still enough, he started with the icing wiping it all off and eating as much as he could fit until he found the cake underneath and well that was it he ate and ate and ate until I don’t think he could fit anymore! Happy Birthday big boy can not believe you are ONE already !! Thanks for another wonderful session Amanda its been great watching Aidan grow and I’m looking forward to meeting the new addition ( come on girl!! lol ) and spending another great year with you all.
